Why did you join the team at the Electric City Food Co-Op?
I was excited to become a member of the food co-op in 20XX. A healthy diet and good nutritional food is essential to a balanced and happy lifestyle. I'm excited to think about the positive impacts the Electric City Food Co-Op can bring to our community.
What excites you about Schenectady?
Schenectady became my adopted home town in the early 90’s when I interned at General Electric. I’ve watched the downtown become revitalized over the decades with restaurants and entertainment. Now that residential life is starting to return with modern apartments, the next logical step is to address the food desert with a thriving community food co-op.
